🎓 Educational Qualifications
Stenographer Grade-III (English):
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) from a recognized university
- Must have qualified English Shorthand at 80 words per minute with transcription at 20 words per minute on computer
- Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature) — Word Processing & Spreadsheet
Clerk:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) from a recognized university
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th) with Hindi as one of the subjects
- Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature)
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Both posts carry the same consolidated pay:

🎯 Selection Process
For Stenographer Grade-III:
- English Shorthand Test — 80 w.p.m. speed, transcription at 20 w.p.m. on computer
- Computer Proficiency Test — Word Processing & Spreadsheet (qualifying only)
For Clerk:
- Written Examination (Total: 100 marks)
- General Knowledge: 50 marks (Objective)
- English Composition: 20 marks (Objective) + 30 marks (Subjective)
- Minimum 33% in each subject; 40% aggregate required to qualify
- Computer Proficiency Test — Word Processing & Spreadsheet (qualifying only)
⏳ Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years (as on 01 January 2026)
- Age relaxation for SC, OBC, and other reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules
