🎓 Educational Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination in any stream
Preference: Candidates with higher qualifications will be given preference
Additional Skills:
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet) – Desirable
- Certificate course in computer training (6 months) preferred
Special Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender & Residence: Must be a woman and resident of Paschim Medinipur District
- SHG Membership: Must be an active member of a Self Help Group (SHG) under NRLM for at least 3 years from the date of notice
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience as SRLM extension worker under any NRLM scheme project
Note: SHG members with at least 3 years of active membership can apply even without prior work experience - LokOS Registration: Must have a LokOS member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS)
- Knowledge Requirements:
- Clear knowledge of SHG livelihoods
- Understanding of income generation for SHG members
- Willingness to learn new skills and acquire knowledge
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to work in villages outside home GP/Block
Important Note for Current Employees:
SHG members currently working with Government/Government-sponsored organizations (ICDS, ASHA, VRP), NGOs, or holding positions as Board Directors/Office Bearers of Sangha Cooperative, Upasangha, Mahasangha, or PRI portfolio can apply but must resign from existing assignment before joining if selected.
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per day)
Honorarium: ₹750/- per day (revised)
Note: This is a daily honorarium basis payment (not monthly salary)
⏳ Age Limit
As on 01 January 2026:
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Proof: Admit Card of Madhyamik/equivalent examination
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
1. Written Examination (80 Marks)

2. Practical Computer Test (10 Marks)

Total Marks: 100 (Written 80 + Computer 10 + Interview 10)
Selection Criteria:
- Primary selection based on written examination
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for computer test and interview
- Final selection based on combined performance in all three stages
- Waiting list will be published (valid for one year from result date)
