🎓 Educational Qualifications

For IT & Technical Roles:

Assistant Manager (IT):

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Systems/IT OR MCA from recognized university
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification executive experience in relevant field
  • Experience with organizations paying CTC of ₹7.49 lakhs+ (excluding PF, Gratuity, Pension) preferred

Network/System Administrator:

  • B.E./B.Tech./Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Communications OR MCA
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification executive experience in relevant field
  • Similar CTC requirement (₹7.49 lakhs+)

For Safety & Airworthiness Roles:

Safety Manager:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Avionics with 5 years experience (2 years in aviation)
  • OR AME Diploma + BAMEL with 7 years experience (2 years in aviation)
  • Experience in maintenance and continuing airworthiness management required

Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager:

  • B.Tech/Engineering in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • OR B.Sc. in Aeronautical/Aerospace

Continued Airworthiness Manager:

  • Same as Deputy role above

Dy. Quality Manager:

  • Engineering degree in any discipline (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom)
  • OR Aircraft Maintenance License (B1 or B2 category) from DGCA
  • OR Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License

For Vigilance & Management:

Assistant Manager (Vigilance):

  • B.E./B.Tech./LLB OR MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in executive role
  • Vigilance experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of CDA rules, PC Act, IPC is desirable

Dy. Chief of Flight Safety:

  • CHPL/ATPL License endorsed for helicopter operations
  • OR Aircraft Engineer with AME License
  • Must have safety experience (with or without current flying category)

For Corporate & Station Management:

Officer (CPMS):

  • Master’s degree/2-year PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Media

Station Manager:

  • MBA/PG Degree/2-year Diploma in Marketing/Commercial/Finance/Aviation Management
  • 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field
  • CTC of ₹7.68 lakhs+ in previous year
