Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Online exam conducted across India in English language only
- For Group ‘A’ Posts: 85 MCQ questions (85 marks) + 15 marks interview = 100 total marks
- For Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ Posts: 100 MCQ questions (100 marks)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for General/EWS candidates; 35% for SC/ST/OBC candidates
Stage 2: Shortlisting
- Candidates are shortlisted based on CBT merit (3x or 5x the number of posts)
