🎓 Educational Qualifications
You must meet the following UGC (University Grants Commission) norms for regular Assistant Professor:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline (Natural Science or English) from a recognized university
- NET (National Eligibility Test) or PhD is preferred (as per UGC norms)
- Teaching experience is an advantage
- All qualifications must be from recognized universities
💰 Salary / Honorarium Details
Honorarium: ₹1,500 per lecture
Maximum Monthly Honorarium: ₹50,000 per month
Payment Details:
- Payment is based on the number of lectures delivered
- Honorarium is capped at ₹50,000 per month maximum
- No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided
🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be based on:

- Merit-Based Selection – Final selection based on interview performance and qualifications
