🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential (Must Have):
- Degree from a recognized university
- MS-CIT certificate or equivalent computer qualification
- Working knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Experience in a co-operative bank or financial institution (as Accountant or above)
- JAIIB / CAIIB / GDC&A qualification or any banking, co-operative, or law diploma from a recognized institution
