For Engineering Posts:
Assistant Engineer (Electrical):
- Full-time regular B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks (55% for reserved categories)
- From AICTE approved institute
Junior Engineer (Electrical):
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories)
- From AICTE approved or State Board recognized institute
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks from recognized institute
Junior Engineer (Communication):
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks
For IT & Administrative Posts:
Assistant Manager (IT):

💰 Salary Details (per month)
Pay scales are as per 7th CPC/Pay Matrix Level applicable under PSTCL rules:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection process is straightforward and merit-based:
1. Online Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Objective type multiple-choice questions
- Duration and syllabus as per post requirements

2. Document Verification
