💰 Stipend / Salary Details (Monthly Honorarium)
Compensation is based on the class of the town where you’ll work:
Class-A Towns (Population >10 Lakhs)
- Chief LADC: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000
- Deputy Chief LADC: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000
- Assistant LADC: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
Class-B Towns (Population 2-10 Lakhs)
- Chief LADC: ₹65,000 – ₹80,000
- Deputy Chief LADC: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000
- Assistant LADC: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
Class-C Towns (Population <2 Lakhs)
- Chief LADC: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000
- Deputy Chief LADC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000
