🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Ports & Waterways Positions:
- Sr. Manager: Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management, Ocean Structures/Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management, Ocean Structures/Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering & Management, or Ocean Structures/Engineering
For Planning & Civil Positions:
- Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering, Transport Planning, or Urban Planning
- Manager (Civil/PPS): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in project planning software (Primavera or MS Project)
- DGM (Civil-Marine Structural Expert): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering AND Post-graduation in Marine Structures, Coastal Engineering, or Ocean Engineering
For HR Positions:
- All HR positions require MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or MHROD

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:
1. Written Test
- 125 objective type questions (1 mark each)
- Duration: 2.5 hours
- No negative marking
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD
- PwBD candidates get 50 minutes extra time
2. Document Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification
- Original documents must be produced
- Candidates must substantiate all claims made in the application
3. Interview
- Candidates called in 1:6 ratio to number of vacancies
- Final selection based on performance in written test and interview

Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
