🎓 Educational Qualifications Required

You need to meet these basic requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Senior Secondary (12th Pass) from a recognized board
  • One of the following computer certifications:
    • O Level or Higher Level (DOEACC)
    • CCC (NIELIT, New Delhi)
    • COPA or DPCS (Vocational Training)
    • Computer Science/Application Degree or Diploma
    • RSCIT Certificate (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation)
    • 12th with Computer Science subject

Language Skills:

  • Knowledge of written Hindi in Devanagari script
  • Familiarity with Rajasthan culture

Special Note: Students appearing in final year exams can apply, but must provide proof of passing before the typing test phase.


💰 Salary & Compensation Package

Pay Structure: As per 7th Pay Commission, Pay Matrix Level-5

During Probation (2 years):

  • Fixed monthly remuneration will be provided
  • No additional allowances (HRA, DA, etc.) during this period

After Probation:

  • Full pay scale becomes applicable
  • All allowances (HRA, DA, Special Pay) will be added
  • Pension scheme as per State Government rules

⏳ Age Limit (As on January 1, 2027)

General Requirement: Minimum 18 years | Maximum 40 years

Age Relaxation Applicable For:

  • SC/ST/OBC/MBC Male (Rajasthan): +5 years
  • Female General Category: +5 years

🎯 Selection Process (3 Phases)

Phase I – Written Examination (Qualifying Round)

Two separate papers, 3 hours each, 100 marks each:

  • Paper 1: General Knowledge, Science & Mathematics
  • Paper 2: General Hindi & English

Passing Marks: 40% in each paper (35% for SC/ST candidates)

Phase II – Typing Speed Test (For General Candidates Only)

Computer-based typing in both languages:

  • Hindi Typing: 20 minutes total (Speed + Efficiency)
  • English Typing: 20 minutes total (Speed + Efficiency)

Passing Marks: 36% in each test (31% for SC/ST candidates)

Note: Differently-abled candidates get marks equal to Phase I average instead of typing test.

Final Merit List

Combined score from both phases determines your final ranking. Only candidates scoring 40% in Phase I and within top 3x vacancies get called for Phase II.

  1. Login to SSO Portal at http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in with your SSO ID
  2. Go to Citizen Apps (G2C) and select Recruitment Portal
  3. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already done – pay the prescribed fee
  4. Enter Your CET Score – use your Senior Secondary CET Application Number
  5. Fill Application Form Carefully – ensure all details are accurate (cannot be changed except by RPSC)
  6. Upload Required Documents:
    • Recent photograph (auto-fetched from OTR)
    • Signature (in both Hindi and English)
    • Left thumb impression
