Important: All candidates MUST have passed the REET exam to be eligible.
For Primary Teacher (General) – Class 1 to 5:
- Senior Secondary (50% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
- Senior Secondary (45% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (NCTE 2002 norms), OR
- Senior Secondary (50% marks) + 4-year B.El.Ed degree, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Mandatory: REET Exam qualification
For Primary Teacher (Sanskrit) – Class 1 to 5:
- Senior Upadhyaya (50% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
- Senior Upadhyaya (45% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
- Senior Upadhyaya (50% marks) + 4-year B.El.Ed degree, OR
- Shastri Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Mandatory: REET Exam qualification
For Upper Primary Teacher (Sanskrit):
- Shastri Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed, OR
- Shastri + B.Ed (45% marks), OR
