For GDMO (7 Posts):

• MBBS degree from recognized university

• Plus DIH (Diploma in Industrial Health) OR Fellowship in Industrial Health

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Additional Benefits:

⚠️ Important Notes

Contract Terms:

• Initial tenure: 1 year (extendable annually)
• Maximum contract period: 3 years
• Re-engagement possible after completion
• Performance reviewed annually
• No bar on re-engagement after 3 years

Disqualifications:

• Ex-SAIL employees separated through Voluntary Retirement cannot apply
• Non-SAIL ex-employees who took VRS are ineligible

Key Conditions:

• Purely temporary contractual engagement
• No right for regular/permanent appointment

Termination Clauses:

• Either party can terminate with 1 month notice
• Immediate termination possible for: medical unfitness, poor performance, misconduct, conviction, loss of license, financial irregularity

Jurisdiction:
