🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in one of the following engineering disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgy Engineering
Minimum Marks Required: 65% aggregate (average of all semesters, irrespective of weightage)
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
During Training Period (1 Year)
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
After Successful Training
- Designation: Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
- Basic Pay: ₹60,000 per month
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
Additional Benefits

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three stages:
Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 200 Marks
The online exam consists of two parts:
Part I: Domain Knowledge Test
- Duration: 40 minutes
- Marks: 100
- Subject-specific questions based on engineering discipline
Part II: Aptitude Test
- Duration: 80 minutes
- Marks: 100
- Components (25 marks each):
- Quantitative Aptitude
- English Language
- Reasoning Ability
- General Awareness
Qualifying Criteria:
- UR/EWS Candidates: Minimum 50 percentile in each part
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD Candidates: Minimum 40 percentile in each part
Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD) – 10% Weightage
Candidates will be shortlisted in 1:3 ratio (discipline and category-wise) based on CBT performance.
Stage 3: Personal Interview – 15% Weightage
Final assessment of candidate’s technical knowledge, aptitude, and suitability for the role.
Final Merit List
Total Weightage Distribution:
- CBT: 75%
- Group Discussion: 10%
- Interview: 15%
Tie-Breaking Criteria:
- Higher marks in CBT
- If still tied, higher marks in qualifying degree (B.E./B.Tech.)
⏳ Age Limit

- Maximum Age: 28 years (born on or after 5th December 1997)
- Departmental Candidates: 45 years (irrespective of category)
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms for reserved categories
