🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Grade IV Positions (Cook, Barber, Water Carrier, etc.):
- Minimum: Class VIII passed from recognized school
- Maximum: Class XII (HSSLC) passed from recognized board
Additional Requirements:
- Cook: Training certificate from Sector Skill Council OR 1 year working experience from registered cooking institution/hotel
- Barber: Training certificate from Sector Skill Council OR 1 year experience from registered salon/beauty parlor
- Water Carrier: Training certificate from Sector Skill Council
- Dhobi: Training certificate from Sector Skill Council OR 1 year experience from registered laundry
- Cobbler: Training certificate from Sector Skill Council OR 2 years leather work experience
- Plumber: 1 year certificate course from recognized ITI/Vocational Institute
For Technical Positions:
- Tailor: Class X + Diploma in Tailoring from Govt. recognized institute + sewing machine operation skills

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)
Grade IV Positions:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 52,000/-

Technical Positions:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 70,000/-

- Medical Examination – Fitness check
- Physical Standard Test (PST) – Qualifying in nature (no marks)
- Trade Proficiency Test (TPT) – 50 marks (33% required to pass)
- Identity Verification – Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving Licence
- Biometric Verification – Before and after tests
- Merit List Preparation – Based on TPT marks
- Tie-Breaking: If marks equal, older age preferred; if same DOB, higher height considered
