🎓 Educational Qualifications

Operation Lead — B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years in enterprise network operations and management. Experience in large IT/network projects like SWAN, SecLAN, BharatNet, Smart City is required. Certification in ITIL or ISO 20000 is mandatory.

Engineer – L-3 Specialist — B.E. / B.Tech / MCA. Minimum 8 years total experience with 5 years in enterprise network management. Must hold valid certifications in at least one of these areas: Networking (CCNP/JNCP or equivalent), System Management (RHCA/MCSE or equivalent), or Network Security (CCNP Security/CISA/OSCP or equivalent). Hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, SDWAN, and Server administration required.

Engineer – L-2 Network & Monitoring — B.E. / B.Tech / MCA. Minimum 5 years experience with 4 years in enterprise network monitoring. Knowledge of Routing, Switching, SDWAN, LAN, Wireless Networks required. Flexible for 24×7 shifts. Valid CCNA / JNCA certification mandatory.

Portal Administrator — B.E. / B.Tech / MCA. Minimum 5 years experience with 4 years in managing large web portals or government portals. Valid certification in software development and deployment required.

Helpdesk Engineer — Science Graduate / BCA or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in IT and 2 years in Helpdesk/NMS. Should have worked on networking/infra projects. ITIL V4 certification mandatory. Flexible for 24×7 shifts.

Video Conferencing Coordinator — B.E. / B.Tech / MCA. Minimum 5 years experience with 4 years in video conferencing systems. Preference for candidates with SWAN infrastructure exposure. Valid CCNA/JNCA certification required.

Store In-Charge — B.Sc. / B.Com / BCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in storekeeping and inventory management (online tools & Excel). Minimum 1-year Diploma in Computer Science required. Logistics-related certification preferred.

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Note: A fixed medical allowance is included in the CTC. No separate HRA or accommodation will be provided.

🎯 Selection Process

Selection is purely through a Walk-in Interview conducted by TCIL. There is no written exam. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be interviewed by a selection panel on the spot.

TCIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates before calling them for interview and may modify the selection process if needed.
