🎓 Educational Qualifications

Qualification requirements vary by post. Here’s a simple breakdown:

• Operation Lead Engineer — B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 10 years’ total experience (6 years in enterprise network management). ITIL or ISO 20000 certification required. MBA preferred.
• Specialist Engineer — B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 8 years’ total experience (5 years relevant). Networking certifications like CCNP/MCSE/CISA/OSCP/CompTIA required.
• Portal Administrator Engineer — B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 5 years’ experience (4 years in web portal management). Valid software development certification required.
• Network & Monitoring Engineer — B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 5 years’ experience (4 years in network monitoring). CCNA/JNCA certification required. Must be flexible for 24×7 roster.
• Helpdesk Engineer — Science Graduate / BCA with 3 years IT experience (2 years in Helpdesk & NMS). ITIL V4 certification required. 24×7 shift flexibility needed.
• Video Conferencing Coordinator — B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 5 years’ experience (4 years in VC systems). CCNA/JNCA certification required.
• Store In-Charge — B.Sc./B.Com/BCA with 5 years’ experience (3 years in storekeeping/inventory). Diploma in Computer Science (min. 1 year) required. Logistics certification preferred.

Experience in SWAN / SecLAN / CCTNS / Bharat Net / Smart City projects is a strong advantage for all posts.

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Salary includes fixed conveyance allowance (for Patna & other districts) and fixed medical allowance as part of CTC.

Selection is purely through a Walk-in Interview. No written test is involved.

1. Report at the venue between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on 21st or 22nd Feb 2026
