1. Senior Research Associate (1 Post)
- Qualification: PhD in Education from recognized university
- Experience: 3-5 years of research experience in education and teacher education
2. Research Associate (1 Post)
- Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Education or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years of research experience in education sector
3. Research Assistant (1 Post)
- Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Science, Education, Social Sciences, or Statistics
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on research and publishing experience
4. Research Intern (3 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, photo editing, and video tools
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and similar platforms
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi

💰 Salary & Stipend Details (Per Month)
The monthly remuneration is based on qualifications and experience. Here’s the breakdown:
- Senior Research Associate: ₹1,00,000 per month
- Research Associate: ₹50,000 per month
- Research Assistant: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Research Intern: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Senior School Facilitator: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Note: All positions have a contract duration of 3 months to 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
