- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India
- Continuous practice of law for at least 3 years before Constitutional Courts and Statutory Tribunals in India

Important Eligibility Conditions:
- You must have passed all examinations within the regular course duration for your LLB
- You cannot be pursuing any Post Graduate degree in Law or other programs that require compulsory attendance elsewhere
- You must be a citizen of India
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory, plus reasonable knowledge of Tamil language
