🎓 Educational Qualifications
For General Manager (R&D) / Deputy General Manager (R&D):
- M.Phil/Ph.D in relevant field
- GM: Minimum 29 years post-qualification experience in R&D, Process Control, Product Development, and Quality Control in integrated Pulp & Paper Mills or Research Institutes
- DGM: Minimum 26 years post-qualification experience in similar domains
For Assistant General Manager / Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing & Marketing):
- First class Full-time B.E/B.Tech with First class MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing Management, OR
- First class Full-time Degree (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com) with First class MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing Management, OR
- First class Full-time MBA (Marketing)
For Assistant:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Certificate course in MS-Office
💰 Salary Details (per month)
- General Manager (R&D): Rs. 1,02,500 – 2,14,790
- Deputy General Manager (R&D): Rs. 86,600 – 1,81,500
- Assistant General Manager: Rs. 70,100 – 1,46,960
- Assistant Manager: Rs. 31,100 – 65,350
- Assistant: Rs. 14,100 – 29,730
Note: Scale increases at 3% annually
