🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess ANY ONE of the following qualifications:
Option 1:
- Graduation in Dental/Nursing
Option 2:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics)
- OR Master’s Degree in Economics
Option 3:
- Graduation in Social Science + Master’s in Public Health/Community Health/Preventive & Social Medicine
Option 4:
- Graduation in any discipline + MBA in Human Resource/Healthcare
Essential Experience:
- 2 years post-qualification experience in health programme management in any of the following areas:
- Disease surveillance
- Community mobilization
- Inter-sectoral collaboration
- IEC-BCC Activities
- Quality Control
- Monitoring and Evaluation
Additional Requirements:
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and Internet)
- Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal
- Knowledge of local languages
💰 Salary Details (Per Month)
Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000/-
Increment: As per NHM (National Health Mission) guidelines
🎯 Selection Process
Step 1: Application Shortlisting
