🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must be Indian citizens and possess any ONE of the following qualifications:
Option 1: Higher Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
Option 2: Higher Secondary with at least 45% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Option 3: Higher Secondary with at least 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
Option 4: Higher Secondary with at least 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
Option 5: Graduation (any stream) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Mandatory Requirement: All candidates must have cleared the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by WBBPE as per NCTE guidelines.

- OBC-A & OBC-B: ₹500
- SC/ST/EWS/PwD: ₹300

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation: Available for SC, ST, OBC (A & B), PwD, Ex-Servicemen, Para-Teachers, and other reserved categories as per government rules.
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on a 50-mark evaluation system comprising:
- Madhyamik/Equivalent Exam: 5 marks
- Higher Secondary/Equivalent Exam: 10 marks
- Teacher Training (D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed): 15 marks
- TET Score: 5 marks
- Extra-Curricular Activities: 5 marks
- Viva-Voce/Interview: 5 marks
- Aptitude Test/Para-Teacher Experience: 5 marks
