Trades available: Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Carpenter, Painter (General), Diesel Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Electronics Mechanic, Wireman, Mechanic Refrigeration & AC, Pipe Fitter, Plumber, Draftsman (Civil), Stenographer (English), Forger & Heat Treater, Machinist (Grinder), and Programming & System Administration Assistant (COPA).
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet both of the following conditions:
- 10th Pass (Matriculation) with a minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board under the 10+2 system
- ITI Certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution
Each trade requires its specific ITI qualification — for example, Electrician post needs ITI in Electrician, Fitter needs ITI in Fitter, and so on. Check the official notification for the complete trade-wise ITI mapping.
🎯 Selection Process
No written exam. No interview. Selection is purely merit-based:
- Merit list is prepared based on the average of percentage marks scored in 10th (Matriculation) and ITI — with equal weightage to both
- In case of a tie, the older candidate gets preference
- If date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier will be given priority
This makes it a very transparent and straightforward process — your academic performance decides everything!
